Tired of the senseless, escalating violence against children in the world, I decided to do the most powerful thing I know to counter the evil happening all around us - teach children about God.

I am Reverend Krysta Kalapana - daughter of lava fields, survivor of deep-rooted harm, and steward of a vision bigger than myself.

I was shaped by the fire, refined by the grief, and called by something ancient and holy to build sanctuaries of healing for the world’s children - starting with the child I once was.

This path is my prayer. My ministry is where spirit meets science, where story becomes medicine, an and where we remember what it means to belong - to the land, to each other, and to the sacred.
