Custom Paid Garden Installations

Custom raised-bed food gardens that feed households and support community food access.

TAGN designs and installs high-quality, custom raised-bed food gardens for homeowners and land stewards who value craftsmanship, sustainability, and community impact. Each paid project help fund free raised-bed garden installations for families with children and elders in our community.

Our gardens are built to nourish for years to come, combining thoughtful design, quality materials, and education so you feel confident caring for your space long after installation.

This model allows us to grow food, skills, and local resilience at the same time.

What We Build

TAGN designs and installs raised-bed gardens, build for long-term, productive food growing.

Each garden is site-specific and may include:

  • Raised beds designed for long-term food production

  • Healthy, nutrient-dense soil

  • Child-friendly or accessibility-aware layouts

  • Pollinator and companion planting where appropriate

Every project is custom-designed based on your land, goals, and capacity.

(TAGN installs raised-bed gardens only and does not offer irrigation or in-ground garden systems.)

How the Process Works

  1. Interest Form
Share basic information about your property, goals, and timeline

  2. Initial Review
We review your submission to assess basic fit, feasibility, and current capacity.

  3. Conversation
If aligned, we schedule a brief call to learn more about your site and needs.

  4. Site Visit (when needed)
Some projects require an in-person site visit to assess sun, slope, access, and layout. This helps us determine whether TAGN is a good fit and what kind of garden is realistic for your space.

  5. Custom Proposal
If we can move forward, you receive a scope, timeline, and investment estimate for a raised-bed food garden installation based on your site.

  6. Installation
Gardens are installed during scheduled build windows by the TAGN crew.

Capacity & Boundaries

TAGN takes on a limited number of paid garden installations each season to ensure quality, crew sustainability, and follow-through on free garden commitments.

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee acceptance. We prioritize alignment, feasibility, and impact.

Who Paid Gardens Are For

Paid garden installations are a good fit if you:

  • Own or steward land where food can be grown

  • Want a garden that reliably produces food

  • Prefer a done-for-you installation with education included

  • Value supporting a local, mission-driven project

  • Are comfortable investing in skilled labor and materials

TAGN paid gardens are not landscaping services or DIY coaching.

They are working raised-bed food systems built with care and intention.

How Paid Gardens Support Free Gardens

A portion of every paid garden directly funds free raised-bed food garden installations for families with children and elders.

Paid clients make the free garden program possible.

This approach allows TAGN to:

  • Keep free gardens truly free

  • Pay builders fairly

  • Avoid stigma or means testing

  • Build long-term local food resilience
